Once a donation transaction has been successfully completed, cancellation requests may not be accepted as funds are allocated towards charitable activities.

In exceptional cases involving duplicate transactions or payment errors, donors may contact Umed Foundation within 7 days.

For events, workshops or programs, cancellation terms may vary and shall be communicated separately.
